Since 2015, Ms Coline DELVOYE has been a member of the Liège-Huy Bar.
She handles cases relating to youth law (SAJ, SPJ, court proceedings), family law and criminal law (including compensation for personal injury).
She is also appointed as an ad hoc guardian by the criminal courts.
She has a thorough understanding of how these areas interrelate, enabling her to address various aspects of a case and ensure a comprehensive grasp of each situation.

Ms DELVOYE charges on an hourly basis. The rate is set once it has been verified that the client does not meet the eligibility criteria for legal aid, in accordance with professional ethics.
Similarly, during the first appointment, it is also checked that no third party is in a position to cover the legal fees.
The rate is set in a flexible and transparent manner.
Information on this matter is provided during the first appointment and is confirmed by email or post following that appointment.
As a reminder, since 1 January 2014, lawyers’ fees have been subject to VAT.
The following costs and disbursements, incurred in the course of handling the case, are not included in the agreed fee:
Ms DELVOYE reserves the right to request an advance payment upon the opening of the case and, where necessary, further advances whilst the case is being handled.
In such cases, the retainer(s) will be deducted from the final statement of fees and expenses.
Upon closure of the case, a statement of fees and costs is sent to the client. This statement sets out, in particular, all the services provided in connection with the case, a breakdown of costs and disbursements, as well as any advances paid and any procedural compensation received.
