Youth law has two aspects: the protection of minors at risk and the defence of young offenders.

S-Law has made the best interests of the child its priority. This is why S-Law only takes on cases involving the protection of minors at risk, whether they have been the victims of deliberate abuse, or have been subjected to unintentional abuse because their parents are arguing to the extent that they completely lose sight of their child’s best interests and involve the child in their adult conflict.

This is where the Service de l’aide à la jeunesse (SAJ) or the Service de la protection de la jeunesse (SPJ) step in.

S-Law supports you at every stage of the process involving these organisations and the legal proceedings.

S-Law also acts in the defence of young offenders and provides legal duty services at the Youth Court.
